Week 1 Workout

Welcome to Week 1's Workout! The goal is to do this video 3 times this week. It's only 30 minutes, so mark your calendar now to make sure you squeeze it in. Tag us @getwhatfeelsgood and #fg10weeks to show us how you are doing!!

This 1st week is a great time to take a few "before" photos. My before photos are a bit of a mess, I took them just for myself with no intention of ever sharing them. Now though, I regulaly show clients how my body transformed to inspire that it is possible for them too... and it does just that!! They've become a great reminder for myself too at the healthy changes I've created in all areas of my life since starting my Pilates journey.
