The #getwhatfeelsgood 10 Week Pilates Challenge:

This challenge is your opportunity to create consistency in your workout regime. Grab your #sweatmate and let's get started!

How it works:

  • You get 10 thirty-minute Workouts (1 per week)
  • Do each workout 3 times per week
  • Each week we progress from my modifications to more challenging expressions of mat Pilates movements.

Tips for success:

  • Mark you calendar and set an alert. By planning ahead you are making time to take care of yourself & crush this challenge!
  • Get an accountability partner . . . a #sweatmate if you will. Text check-ins with each other as motivation to hold your commitment to transforming your body.
  • Find your focus! Each video is released to you one week at a time. This is to help you master the movements of each video. Use your focus to see how deeply you can feel even the simplest movement.
  • Post your questions in the private Facebook group. I'll respond here so that everyone can benefit!
  • Take a 1st Week Photo. I never thought I'd do much with my 1st day photo, but it has been such an inspiration to me for the positive changes I've created for myself. It's become an inspiration to my clients too when I share it with them now. I'm far from perfect, but my body feels & looks its best yet!
  • Download the Teachable App for access to your workouts right on your phone. How great is that?!?!

Joseph Pilates was known to say, "in 10 sessions you'll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you'll see the difference, and in 30 sessions you'll have a whole new body."

I've experienced this 1st hand and my clients report the same. The Pilates Method is magic for sure! My basic philosophy in teaching is to put the bones in place & then move the body from there. PUT IT WHERE YOU WANT TO KEEP IT ;) This simple approach helps you stretch where you are tight & strengthen where you are weak... and that's the real magic of Pilates!
